With double master’s degrees in law and public administration from National Jurist University and Columbia Southern University, Charlie combines academic expertise with practical leadership. He is a lifelong resident of Richmond County and a proud father, foster father, and grandfather of several Richmond County students.

Beyond the boardroom, Charlie serves as an adjunct instructor at Augusta Technical College and runs Augusta Paralegal, LLC, a firm dedicated to supporting small businesses, families, and elder care. His career reflects a deep commitment to service, education, and community empowerment.
